Charlie Brown in Meaford?? WTF…
It seems that things around here have gone from bad to worse….
A 75-year-old Meaford man has been charged after a 15-year-old girl reported being touched inappropriately by an older man. The incident allegedly occurred on Friday night at a private home in Meaford and was reported the next day by the teenage girl, Grey County OPP said n a news release Tuesday. Charlie Brown is charged with sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching and sexual interference.
Seriously, this is frigtening…
Here is a photo that was taken a few months previous, it looks like Charlie had an accomplice, by the look on his face, they seem to be enjoying the scenery.

A 75-year-old Meaford man was sentenced to 45 days in jail and two years
probation Thursday after he pleaded guilty to committing a sexual assault on
a 15-year-old babysitter and to inviting her to touch him sexually.
Charles Brown pleaded guilty as he stood in the prisoner’s box red-faced in
the Ontario Court of Justice. He’d already spent 34 days in presentence
custody.
The sentence was jointly submitted by Crown and defence counsel and includes
a term that he not be alone with girls younger than 16 unless accompanied by
an adult.
Assistant Crown attorney Peter Leger told the court Brown struck up a
conversation with the girl after midnight Aug. 30.
She can’t be identified by the judge’s order and under terms of the Youth
Criminal Justice Act.
The white-haired man asked her sexually explicit questions, offered her beer
and encouraged her to touch herself. He invited her to join him in the
bedroom, where Brown said he was going to “play with himself,” Leger
recounted.
Brown, who drank two beers during the ordeal, inquired whether the girl had
any friends who would “do anything with him or join him and the victim,”
Leger said. Brown made other lewd suggestions to the girl, who was afraid to
move from the couch in case he would sexually assault her, Leger said.
She started playing a video game and Brown approached her from behind as if
to examine it. But he reached over and fondled her breasts over her clothes.
She told him she felt uncomfortable and had to physically remove his hand.
When he entered his bedroom, she called her mother and left the house.
Police were called shortly after.
Leger noted that Brown had no criminal record, that he’d served 34 days in
pre-plea custody already, his “advanced age” and the “mitigation of an early
guilty plea” as factors to consider. He called for another 3 1/2 to four
months in jail, which he allowed was at the “lower end of the range.”
Defence lawyer Jill Gamble said since Brown’s wife was a witness to part of
the incident, details of which weren’t mentioned in court, she wasn’t
allowed to visit or communicate with her husband in jail. That was “very
difficult for him,” Gamble said.
Brown and his wife will be moving out of the Meaford area, Gamble said.
Written statements by the victim and her mother reveal their “grave concerns
about Brown being in the Meaford area, Leger said. The victim remains under
“great stress,” Leger said.
“What you did to her caused her emotional stress and that is probably going
to last for many years,” Justice W. W. Bradley told Brown. “It had a real
devastating impact on her.”
Brown’s 34 days in pre-plea custody was counted double, which when added to
the additional 45-day jail sentence equals roughly a 3 1/2- month jail
sentence.
Brown was ordered to obey terms of a two-year probation order, which limit
local places he may attend. He must have nothing to do with the victim, must
stay at least 100 metres from her home and must not be with any girls
younger than 16 without adult supervision. He must submit a sample of his
DNA to police.
He will be registered in a sex offender registry for 10 years and must take
counselling for sexual abuse offenders. He was ordered not to possess
weapons for five years.

Your welcome I know this man he has hurt a few members of my family doing the same thing. He should of got a lot longer than 45 days but we will see more charges could be pending on him from my family.

Your very welcome. Let you know I know this man and he molested my little cousin when she was 3 years old back in the 90,s and also let my daughter watch porno and let her drink beer when she was 11 years old. My aunt who I disowned is still standing and sleeping with her man. I will keep track and everyone updated I do not want anymore kids to get hurt from him again if I can help it.
